Less corner inventory

Modular corners and connectors allow distributors and contractors to greatly lower their inventory of cornering solutions. PilePro® connectors can be adjusted to a wide range of angles and lengths, thus eliminating the need for a multitude of fabricated corners for each configuration. By comparison, when using fabricated corners contractors must have the specific corner to match not only the specific angle needed, but also the appropriate length and exact type and designation of sheet piling used.

Easily transported

PilePro® connectors are easily bundled and can be transported efficiently with minimal risk of damage. Fabricated corners, on the other hand, do not stack well, take up much more space, weighs a great deal more and are prone to handling damage.

More durable

PilePro® connectors have greater flexibility within the interlock. Typically they offer 20 to 30 degree of swing versus the 2 to 5 degree swing found in traditional fabricated corners; thus they are easier to drive and extract. Easier installation and extraction speeding up the job but also longer lasting sheet piles.
